Ham off the bone. De-boned and sliced daily, this is our feature product. Our leg hams are unique as they are hung and cured in our own production facility in Sydney, to give them a traditional smokey flavour.

Smallgoods

Premium South Australian Prosciutto, full flavoured and cured in the traditional Italian method.

Danish, Hungarian, Italian, Spanish, Polish and a choice of hot and mild Salami. A great selection of other cold cuts in store.

Cheese

Parmiggiano Reggiano, Grana Padano, Gorgonzola Piccante, Imported English Stilton, Jarlsberg, Provolone, Gouda, Goat's cheeses, Norwegian Ridder, the Australian Heidi range and much more. Muscatels, Quince paste & cheese crackers.
